Description
Sign posted in the Frank Church Wilderness, Middle Fork of the Salmon River, by Richard Zimmerman, "Dugout Dick." Sign reads: "Tunnel house, 2 doubles bed, 40ft long 14 ft on top, Rent $10 a month". Dugout Dick was known for digging tunnels and converting them to cabins for rent.
