Description
The Boise Fire Department responds to a drowning at Quinn Pond (also known as Quinn Robbins Pond). Two fire fighters provide aid to the victim, while a third looks on while standing next to an oxygen tank. An onlooker is pictured leaning again the fire engine in the background.
