Description
The Boise Fire Department responds to a riot at the Idaho State Penitentiary. Fire fighters use the aerial fire truck from Boise Fire Department No. 1 to gain access to the Penitentiary. One man observes from the bottom of the ladder, while another man watches from the top of the wall.
