Description
On April 5, 1990, Governor Cecil Andrus signed into law a bill naming the cutthroat trout the Idaho state fish. The bill was lobbied for by Jim Killett's 4th grade class at Indian Creek Elementary School, Kuna, who were invited to attend the signing.
