I wonder Senator if you could help me get information regards my rights under a Federal Urban Renewal situation.
Our store has been in business in Boise since 1909 and in the same location since 1936. Under the Urban renewal plan now being considered we would be required to move. We have been active members of the chamber of commerce and the community for many years, but seem unable to get the informa-tion from the city as to what our rights would be as far as being able to come back to our present location one the buildings are rebuilt.
Since Federal money is to be used to finance this project, certain rules have to be followed on relocation of business or homes.
Could you get this information for me.
It would be most appreciated.
